Purchase Bulk Hula Skirts?

Does anyone know a wholesale supplier for hula grub skirts? I am looking for at least 2000 of the green pumpkin with black fleck. I would buy more if the price is right. 1000 of the black and blue. I have tried Lurecraft and they are 12.60 cents each. That price is killing me. There has to be a wholesale supplier out there. I have looked and cant locate one. Thanks again for your help.
