CPD Update

Well,I missed the cutoff to have all the papers turned in (they never posted when the cut off is,so not really too much my fault). I'm still going to go for it though,I called & she said put the papers in the beginning of December.The testing isn't until January BUT it gives me a lot of time to get on top of may game,this week alone I've ran a good 20+ miles <--(yes,you're reading that right).I been runing everyday from 4AM-630AM,when I feel I need to slow down I just pace it down to a jog til I build up energy & then haul it again. Thanks to everyone who said good luck in my last post,y'all are awesome & good people

It's been my experience that things don't just happen, Dob.  You have to make them happen.  Do what it takes and persevere and good things will happen.  I'm wishing you good luck and throwing in a prayer every now and then for you.

Wish my old butt could get motivated before I start the academy. I'm still in the interview stage, but I did pass the matrix test.

Dob, we will keep supporting you so hang in there. We need more Hero's. (police officers, firefighters, soldiers, etc.) I know, I know you are probably saying " Im not a hero" But anybody that is willing to protect and serve the public and our way of life and our freedom, Is a Hero in my book!                                                                                                                                                                        Bob

Roger on'nat!  I'm actually pondering a "color" just for the occasion!  How 'bout a Medium Smoke, with a light hit of Lumina Black, and a Glass Rattle dropped into the cavities before shootin' the plastic...they'll each have One In The Chamber!  GLOCK!  If I can make it happen, I'll send 'em to Ya!

I thought about a Gold Pearl with Navy Blue flake, but I didn't think that would be closely-related enough to a Badge.  I have some pointed Glass Rattles, and if they'll withstand the air inside expanding from the heat of the plastic, I truly dig the "Glock" idea.  I'll keep thinkin'...
