Does anyone know which if any of the smaller carrot molds would work as an exact fit tail mold for the 3.5" regular carrot?

None of them.  I've made a tail mold for the 4" Carrot (it's not on the site) and it works pretty well.  Is this something you would like for the 3.5"?

Jason;  If you don't mind;
On the 4" tail mold - What is the Length of the "tail" and number of cavities in the mold?

Just like a carrot mold, cavities on both side.

I'd be interested in a tail mold for the 3.5" but would only really have a need for a 10 cavity to match the carrot mold.

412Baitco -  My thoughts -  A 20 cavity mold for the tail will still not use much plastic and would allow you to get tails done quicker and the possibly several different " body" colors with the same tip color.   I know the cost of a 20 cavity mold would be more; but I would think the cost per cavity of the mold would be less per cavity.   For that size a "bait"; once you get over the initial cost of the mold  :( ;  the upsides are good.  As in the claw tip mold for the Mudbug  One injection of the tip mold gets tips for four mud bugs  :D and better plastic efficiency  :D .

If they still have the rounded head like a normal carrot they would probably bond better with the second shot also!

It's just the tip so they are pretty small, even though they are 1".
