Hi Bob,

Yes to access to me. Plus there are some really good sticks at Do-It that will become part of the mix as well. I personally like getting different feedback from multiple sources - just like we have on the forum now.

As far as service goes, we try and answer the phone now, but I think that will improve with more people involved.

This is what ultimately made me comfortable with the decision : they are not a huge impersonal company. It won't take long and it will be like they were always part of CCM. Besides CCM they are the only other mold company I know that test every mold. They make them themselves in Iowa - I love made in USA mfg. They ship the same as we do - mostly same or next day. They have the same desire to be the best.

This was a big decision for us. I can honestly tell you that we wouldn't be headed down this path if I wasn't very confident this would be a real positive for all of us.

Give it a few weeks, once you get to know them like l have you will see the potential. And within a few months it will be really obvious what the benefits are.

Jason

This is great news I am very happy for you, but I do have a concern. What about personal designs sent to you for a shot at making them? I don't mind sharing my ideas but I would like to have my idea on the market first.
If you do not stand behind our troops please feel free to stand in front of them

For now I would go by the guidelines specified in the request a bait section.  If or when they change we will update them to reflect whatever they change would be.

Thanks,

Jason

Will the reward point we have already earned still be good? Because I'm almost to a new mold lol!

Yes.  We think it is a good thing.  Moving forward the plan is to continue the program as is.  However, just like when we originally rolled it out, we have to reserve the right to change it in the future.

Thanks,

Jason

They make them themselves in Iowa

Denver, Iowa is only a couple hours south of me. I can see Andrew and I taking a road trip maybe.

Good to hear about the rewards points!  Not that I have a lot racked up, but it's a good program.  Hopefully we'll get points from Do-It products as well!  Already posted this to facebook, but wanted to post it here as well.

Jason, knowing your commitment to your customers and your business I'm sure you gave this plenty of thought and went through a long process to make sure it's the right thing to do for you, your business, and us. Thanks for being an awesome company and good luck! I look forward to the new year!

Yeah, Paul.  That could be a long drive.
Until next time.

Yeah, Paul.  That could be a long drive.

I wonder how many stops there would be along the way.

You know Paul...you're not that much further down the road. Should we call ahead or make it a surprise?
