Using 4.5" swiiming shd laminate plate

I pour the top half of the bait with laminate plate, remove plate and sprue than inject the bottom and the bottom color ends up going over the top one.  How can I fix this or is there a trick to doing this that I have not read yet.

Inject cooler (less viscosity ) and slowly....even slower than that!

Agreed ---  Sa-looooww-ly.   Make sure to seat the top half well in the cavity; especially in the area of the runner.

I have the 3.5" and always have problems with this mold.  With the 3.5", the belly gets injected first.  Jason even called me and we talked through it and I still have problems.  Slow is the key and so is making sure the nose of the lures are seated properly in the mold.  Any gap whatsoever and the second color is going where you don't want it.  I will say tonight was the first night EVER, that I injected perfectly each and every time.   I was able to make 12 pretty darn good looking lures!
