All the places mentioned have it. We plan to offer it very soon, as well as many other new products.

Good.  Hi-lites really add a new dimension to some colors.

It's been pretty nice, if you're a penguin. It snowed in Texas,  so I guess we were going to have a white Christmas either way.

The team up here is great. As soon as I have time I will post some pics and more details.

Jason and Ryan (Do-IT owners) have been sanding molds,  pouring glitter, packing boxes,  etc. Some of there others we've got to know love to fish also (smallies, toothy critters, pan fish, etc.),  and have lots of ideas about baits. They seem just like if a handful of us off the forum got together and had a pouring party.  The knowledge of the Northern aquatic critters is really strong up here which has been really cool.

The CS guys (Component Systems - part of Do-it) are  here also. They are going to help with a lot of the supply related stuff. We're also talking about new (new to CCM) products (UV stuff, powders, sprays, more glitters,  pigments, heads and baits, just more...) .

The possibilities of what we're doing are endless. It's so exciting I just want to take some of all the new ideas and head up and grab Tom and Andy and hit the ice - actually I'll grab them and we'll head to Denny's where it's warmer.

The angler in me is in the ultimate candy store.

So you can put a face with a name:

Jason H, Alex (CCM JR), Jason (me), Diane, Ryan

There are several that should be mentioned here, but I'm going to introduce Jerry and Kyle.  They've been reading on the forum and I wanted to shove them into the spotlight so they have to post.  Both are great sticks (love to fish for the sake of fishing) and very knowledgeable.

I'll post more soon.  I hope everyone and their families had a great Christmas.  Paul, I specifically think and pray about your health.

Tight lines!

Jason

Jason....you are only about 2 1/2 hours below me, right on Highway 63....it splits Rochester in half. Snowing here today again and we have about 3" of new already, more to come. Reports of 5 to 10 inches of decent ice are flying around after out little bout of cold, nights at or slightly below zero and daytime highs in less than the teens. Last couple days have been fairly nice in the 20's during the day. I have another crazy three days ahead so even if you got here I'd miss the fun....unless you came on Sunday and then I'd be hard to pry off the football game betwixt the packers and vikings.

Getting some of these paripheral additives added to your line-up is going to be super and that Component Systems stuff is dynamite. I use a lot of it already and the Do-It molds have been my standard for years. This sounds like a dandy wedding!

Warm works.

Everyone else who has seen this thread is thinking it, but is apparently too timid to say anything.  Diane is better looking than all of you guys put together.
Until next time.

Well... since Jason has called me out, I guess it's time to pop in and say "Hello".

My name is Jerry Van Sickle, Product Manager for Do-It Molds.  I've been making my own lead heads and other tackle for 8 or 9 years now and also tie my own flies so I'm especially excited to begin familiarizing myself with making my own plastics as well.

Jason has taught me more than enough to get started and there is plenty more to learn.  I'm sure I will be biting off the rest of the learning curve in the weeks and months ahead.  I know the Do-It Mold line pretty well so if you have questions concerning pouring lead etc. I can most likely help and if I can't, I will sure be able to find someone here at Do-It that can.

With that said, I'm gonna be counting on Jason and the likes of Y'all here on the forum for tips and tricks to making my own plastics.  I've been hanging out on this forum just long enough to know that you have something very special here.  Great people and a ton of good information.  I'm really looking forward to it.

Can't Wait,
    Jerry

Hey Jerry...welcome to the forum.  it'll be nice to have another fly guy in the mix.  I think we're pretty few and far between.  Who knows, maybe we could add a little more class to this motley crew.
Until next time.

Right on Denny... making fly ties just might be my favorite winter pass time.  I've been at it for 3 or 4 years now so it's a relatively new "affliction" but I sure do enjoy it.  Mr. Claus brought me a new vice for Christmas, so I'm pretty stoked about that.

Welcome aboard Jerry and thanks to all of you at Do-It for helping make this the ultimate tackle making experience. Your crappie sized molds and I are old friends....very old friends. I had hair when I bought my first mold....a banana head multi size. Its still in the drawer somewhere.
