Rewards???

putting in an order and wanted to redeem my rewards but there is nothing that shows the rewards are being used. It only goes in the cart at the retail price. I thought the reward program was still going to be used???

You have to go into your account...pull up how many points you have...and then redeem them. I don't think there is any way to mix rewards with an order.

I normally redeem my points with at the same time as an order and make a note on both the order and the redeem to put them in one shipment so they don't have to pay extra shipping. (since they are nice enough to have Rewards !).

I tried to redeem rewards first,it went in the cart as full price with no mention of the rewards

cleared out the cart and  cookies, its working now??? Just a glitch I guess
