the interesting facts at the bottom are the best! wow! 8,000 gallons of plastics used in 10 days... thats an avg of 800 gallons per DAY wow

Funny thing is, there is a large Eufaula, Alabama company that shoots more baits (at least uses more plastisol) than these guys.

Larger companies are making their own plastisol these days.

I know other large companies that don't remelt sprues, they sell them to someone...don't know about Zoom.

Kinda humanizes a big bait company.  Cool to see they do thinks like the home made guy does.  My simple mind assumed that they would use an automated process with a minimal labor force.

I'd dare say there's not a bass boat in the USA that doesn't have a pack of Zoom baits in it!

My boat doesn't. It does have at least 10lbs of worms in it that look an awful lot like Zoom Tricks though. ;D Except for some Z-man frogs, and Rage tail eeliminators all the plastics in my boat were made in my garage.
