Wishlist
« on: 03/05/13 11:06 UTC »
I have been making a wishlist for my in-laws for my birthday.  This made me think that it would be nice to be able to email this list direct from the account section. Do you agree? I also wasn't sure about the reward points for "gift" items since they were purchased for me.  I do not want to be greedy, but I was just trying to think of ways to make the whole process better.  I love the idea of the wishlist, but at this point in time only those with access to my account can see the wishlist.  Just some things that I thought some people may want to consider.

I love being able to see the Caney Creek and Do-it relationship/merger grow, since both companies take pride in TRUE customer service.

In all your ways acknowledge Him,
And He shall direct your paths."

In the past you could call Jason and tell him the name of your in law and get the points added that way. Its a pain but the only way I know of.

Zach shot me an email and we got it settled.  This is about the only way we could figure to do it as well.

Thanks for all of the help. I do think that an email option for the wishlist would be a great feature. ;)

I agree with sending your wish list by email and having it tied to your account so you still get the rewards. I'm sure the programmers who run the store front can do this with a few key strokes. Its a great idea you should get credit for!

and some people put in the comments section that they would like any points associated with their order to be awarded to "joe schmoe"...

either way, the points need to be moved.
