I'm pretty sure freezing isn't the issue. As Jason B. stated here at the forum in "Plastic 101" under getting started:
"Will my plastic freeze? CC plastic is good to -50 degrees. If you are somewhere it gets colder than that you need to move. - sorry"
The fact is every drum of plastic that comes in first has a sample taken and it is melted, shot, and listed with the lot number and kept on record. That way we know what we have and that it works properly, and if anything like this does come up we can narrow it down to a particular lot and act accordingly. We certainly want to hear from anyone that has an issue like this and would urge you to call regarding the lot number of the plastic in question. We have not heard of any other problems with the hundreds of gallons of plastics that have left our door since Jan. 1, but there is always a chance that something isn't exactly right.
