Pat,

I think maybe the "niteglo" color  you're talking about is their standard glow overcoat that mimics the glow in the dark color we're used to seeing on Frisbees and other toys.  I'm pretty sure they have that technology but I'm not sure it will be introduced with these first offerings.  It may come to the party a little later with purple as a date, I don't know.

There is no doubt that these colors will help set a bait apart from everything else in murky water, under low light conditions, or at extreme depth.  Along with the UV Blast they will be another tool in the bait making tool box.

may be...I buy it now from spike it, has greenish tint, off white in day. interesting that it is THE best selling color in shrimp type plastics (DOA)...and the laminates you can do with it, endless..as would be the case with your new colors.

Not unlike Pro-Tech Powder paint "Super Glow" refers to the fact that the product glows the same color as the name. (orange glows orange, blue glows blue etc.)  Their standard Glow colors simply glow a phosphorescent yellowish/green, similar to some of the glow in the dark toys some of us played with as kids.  I'm not immediately aware of the "glow time" but could likely get that information from C.S. Coatings.

I'd rather ask them than to wait around for this stuff to stop glowing.

Thanks for the info Jerry!  Guess I'm just a big dummy I always thought the super glow were suppose to glow longer! Oops.

RonDon....

There was actually a bunch of confusion about this several years back when the glow-in-color pigments became available. About the same time frame an enhanced glowing capability [prolonged glow] became available to the plain old glow and the term "Super Glow" became fudged in the industry. Lots of ice tackle makers were selling baits as "super glow", yet they only glowed that eerie greenish white but had a much longer glow period or charge time. Other tackle makers advertised their wares as "super glow", but their labeling stated "glows red", or "glows blue".

Another misconception was the color of the pigment in its refined state. Red glow wasn't necessarily red in color in the daylight, nor blue blue or purple purple.

An interesting factoid here. All of these glow in color colors are derived from natural elements found in Mother Earth. Whether we have synthesized them I don't know for sure.

We have not and don't plan to change the claw on the Mad Dad.  That is the Caney Creek Craw.

What I meant by "top coat" is that is a technology that C.S. Coatings has been using in their paint line up as a Glow Overcoat meaning that it is clear to the eye allowing you to see the color underneath but glows a greenish color when charged with light.  This product can likely be applied to a powder to be placed in plastic no doubt.

Does this look a little like it Pat?  This is a standard glow that we will be adding with the other glow colors as well.  I told them to count you in for 10 pounds to start so they will be bringing plenty of it in.   ;)

Jerry  ---  Is this clear plastic with only the glow powder added in the pictures ( on 4/15 @ 14:10 )?  Looks like the powder creates a milky coloring.  Not unattractive; but not clear like the UV enhancer.

Yes Paul, that is added to clear plastic and nothing else,  giving it a "milky" color and glowing greenish/yellow.

The UV Blast powder does not affect the transparency of the plastic but does not "glow" but rather it reflects ultra violet light.  It does not have to be "charged".

this is it. Jerry...don't know if u can see it. Your colors are very good. The basic niteglo powder that gives a slight greenish tint is the fav here. Looks like an off white look, great day or nite Also great with firetails, laminates.
