Been watching you board here for a while . A lot of info on here so I order a kit from ccm and man did it get here fast . I crappie fish and don't bass fish so don't hold that against me (LOL). anyway just wanted to say Hi.

Welcome. Lots of Crappie guys here. Or is that crappy guys :)

I just started fishing for crappie and am enjoying it.

What mold did you get and how are you going to use the baits?

Warm welcome for a new Crappie fisher.  The 2.5 inch is a great crappie bait.  The 1.75 inch carrot is a "tail" mold for this bait.  The 1.75" is a good crappie bait in it's self.  I use a tail of one color ( usually pearl or pearl chartreuse ) and a contrasting head color a lot.  All of the Do-It CCM crappie molds are good producers.  Remember; be safe; & have fun &  Ask questions when you need assistance.

Dipping trees????????? Sounds like Missouri lingo to me. Welcome we have a lot of crappie bait makers that know a heck of a lot more than I do

Welcome to the forum, Dave.  I won't pretend to know much about crappie fishing, but we've got a bunch of guys (and Buffy) who do.  Most of them have all the answers, but if they don't they'll just lie about it.  The mark of a good angler.

Hey that reminds me of a joke.....I'm sure the older guys (me) remember the old metal fans for houses...Do you know what sound "crap" makes when it flies through a metal fan?
