Wonderful looking rod.  Indicates talent for sure.  Now, go slime up the cork and get scales on the blank.

Yes, this Matagi reel seat.
 This Rock Fish Blank. Type -  Panfish, Length - 6.9, Power - UL, Action - Fast, Line - 1.5-3 lb, Lure Wt. - 0.6-4g, Blank Wt. - 28g.
Can not find the high quality cork.
