You must be using a mylar foil in there in order to have any kind of action. Have you noticed any de-laminating of the legs with the foil seperating the colors? I would think that in a thin plastic like that that the foil membrane would weaken the lamination since even mylar would create a barrier.
I love the level of reflectivity. I don't have the patience to work with foil inserts.
