Had a chance to hit Lake Jackson with a couple buddies. This lake is near Tallahassee.
Didn't get on the water until 2:30 but we had a big time! Flipped/punched heavy vegitation for miles with some success. Baits of choice were Ghost Baits Slayer Hawg, Big SHow Craw and Big Bite Frog... Anything dark was the ticket...
Caught a few smaller fish on the Poppin Spro Frog (see pic below....)
Best fish were finally found near topped out hydrilla clumps. We flipped a few up but most were caught with a 3/8 oz Booyah jig in green pumpkin and a Ghost Baits dollar craw trailer.
In total, I'd say we managed 15 over 3-4lbs and then the rest smaller. Rain was bad for about an hour but no lightening or thunder so we just kept at it. Finally got to the house around midnight!
