I am an independent software consultant.  I build data warehouses for large corporations using ETL tools.  I have traveled all around the U.S., but luckily my current contract has be staying at home.  Sounds like I might have to hit-up a few people on here when I need a new gig!

I am a telecom (Nortel/Avaya) switch technician for Princeton University. Prior to that did the same job for Merrill Lynch. Was fun until the switch from TDM to VOIP, now instead of working on a PBX, I work in a room full of servers...

OK, another older post, but since I am a rookie, I felt I should add mine:
16 years as a VP at a large bank, and all of the sudden the Lord called me to do something else, so I resigned on faith :o, and now I am going to go fishing for people as well as fish! :)
(the best part, my prayer warrior wife has been all for all of it, the whole way.) ;D

I am a quasi-retired ( read downsized ) manufacturing accountant / financial analyst.  Always on the manufacturing side.  Never did taxes; just cost, standards, budgets, capital project analysis, etc.

I own and operate a small retail hunting/fishing supply store.  I also do screenprinting, sign work, and sell guns at the store.  I help run the family farm and preach at a small country church.

I also make knives when I can find the time..... :D
God Bless!
