swing hook jig mold

I am looking for a spro style swing hook jig mold and can not see to find one.  If any body has any advice it would be great.

I would suspect that if the head type you are looking for is not a football head I'm sure that the insert for this mold could be persuaded to be modified into another mold with the head type of your choosing but they have to be released first :D
