how do I put pictures in my posts?

Probably a silly question but how do I put pictures in my posts?  it's been years since I've been on a forum so I don't remember.  thanks ahead of time for whoever gives me the answer thanks.

There's a button right above the first smiley above the typing area that says insert image and you click that and copy the URL of an image that you'd like to insert and just past it between the two sets of brackets

I picked on Jerry once and now I don't have a birthday. Yes he took it and he will randomly change your pass word. My pass word now is "Denny is your hero" almost not worth logging in  :P
