I did another shoot using the same color scheme but just a bit different. I need better lighting to show it so I'll wait until tomorrow to post a picture. I think I am going to enjoy this mold maybe more than any other for playing. That thicker body really lends itself to some ideas.

And Sim, this mold is new to me. Its been on the list quite some time. I've had some calls about baits like this so.....

Tom,
That 3' glider is one of my favorite inshore saltwater baits i make now.. You can catch anything on a glider.

We don't have fish that will hit anything that big. lol

Here's a picture as promised.

It may be hard to see but the tail piece is vertical while the body still has a belly section. With similar baits we sometimes rig them with the tail running up and down instead of flat and we get a much faster drop rate. The tail action rigged as such makes the bait look like a minnow swimming. That motor oil in the light really comes into the belly color in the picture but in the hand the belly is very clear...wonderful natural light here today is about like sitting in a basement without lights.

I shot a mold full of the belly color and trimmed the belly sections out of those bodies. They are 90 degrees from where they came out of the mold but shoot very well when replaced in the mold and shot slowly. Its a bit more work than product might merit but for personal use I think I can see doing more in several color combinations. This is how I normally rig similar baits without they eyes or belly color.

Here's a better pic in a different light. Used natural back lighting here. You can see the verital stance of the tail here real well too.

I totally agree here.  I've always fished my StingRay Grubs Tail-Vertical.
