My first shot at cranks

I've been a soft plastics player for the last 8 years but this year I figured I'd round it out and starting pouring lead and painting cranks. I got this one done just before surgery (Cervical collar for the last 2 months) it was kinda a proof of use test as I used craft paint for the base coat and the chartreuse under coat. I bought cheap Chinese knockoff's for practice now I'm kinda disappointed that I didn't get the real deal I just hope they swim after all the work I've done
Also first attempt at carving this big arse musky bait waiting for this darn collar to come off, don't have the stamina to sit for the amount of time needed to work on it, was quite happy with my progress as this is only about an hours worth of work to get to this point:
I have many Do-It molds but this custom stand up is one I've been giving most of my time to it's the two rows on the right, I call it the mouse:

That's some pretty good looking stuff for a crank bait newbie, keep up the good work.
The Mouse is a perfect name for that jig.

That crank looks store bought so you must have a good grip on the painting. Nice work!

I'm digging that color pattern - I truly believe that more crankbaits need to have more of the color black on them!!!!

Sorry to hear about the collar issue, but it looks like you've put the rehab time to good use. I really like those jig heads.
