Ok. So when Jason told us that he was selling out to do it.  I was one That thought well there goes the
Neighborhood. 
Because dealing with Jason was great as a lot of us know.  He would just call to talk about you order and talk for 45 mins.  It was like family. Small business is great. I run a family repair shop. I know most of my customers on a first name bases.  And that is what I loved about Jason. 

Come to find out do it and Jerry are no different.  My mom ordered the wrong mold for x mas.  Which most of the times is no big deal to me if I don't have it I want it most of the time. But this is one mold I don't see me using.  So I contacted jerry.  And seems to be taken care of. With a snap of the finger.
Thanks Jerry and do it.  I will  be a life time family member.

I have to agree with you as well.  When I started Jason took all kinds of time with me on the phone.  I could've gotten my supplies elsewhere but choose here for the customer service.

During the recent sale Jerry proved that customer service is still very important and fixed an issue for me way faster than I expected.  They're changing my thinking on big company's loosing there personal service.  I'm sure he has all kinds of requests but still manages to take care of people.  Jerry your efforts are really appreciated.

I've had great customer service in my short time dealing with them,can't ask for any better!
