I might need shirt sleeves on Thursday. Friday is short sleeve weather.

I hear Denny has had a giant sized hand warmer muff built that has a plexiglass porthole in it so he can crawl inside yet see out. Andy of course will have to open doors for him. Someone said it was pink too.

I'm glad it isn't forecast to get really cold.
-12 is annoying...but not all that bad...considering what we had a couple weeks ago!

Oh good.  I didn't know quite know how to pack my snow shoes.  BTW, it was 71 yesterday on my side of the Earth.  No rain expected for at least a week.
Until next time.

Listen Denny....when it comes to the "no rain for a week" stuff, we aren't going to see rain here either. You don't have a fence around your world.  But then we aren't going to do this Do-It thing at 71 degrees either so maybe you do have a leg up on us for temps. Just remember...the 71 is where you just came from. All those minus signs in front of those little numbers will be your world while you're here. Just hope its warm enough for that jet engine to start when you've had enough of our nice weather. :D

You guys just keep the roads clear. We land in des monies a little after 9:00 pm then we have the drive there. No idea how long that is going to take.

That'll depend on whether Illinois is sucking or blowing. I'm assuming you'll come on Hiway 20 from Des Moines....nice 4 lane. Then north on 63 about 15 miles or so. So far they are saying cold with small chances of any precip. Des Moines to waterloo is about an hour, the rest is maybe twenty minutes from where you pick up high way 63 off 20.

Call Jerry for any road work that might get in the way but I don't think there is any.

Careful when you pull into the motel lot Tom. If you see two large speed bumps it could be Denny and Andy catching a breath of fresh air.

He's northern Cali boy, Musk.

And we don't want to go where there's no water to fish.
