Just a finesse? Looked like one of the bigger skinny carrots but I'm no expert :p this is one of my favorite colors I've seen though.

Thanks! I have enough to make a few dozen 2.5'' fry. The sweet potato colorant is perfect for a nice slightly darker orange that isnt screamin bright

Amen brother... I recently found this to be true as well.  It's a very nice color to play around with.  There's a lot of potential there.
