Problem with white x2

Maybe it's something I'm doing wrong but when I get my plastisol (CCM) to temp, my white x2 turns yellow almost like an ivory. Is this me or possibly making the plastic too hot?

My guess is that the plastic is getting too hot. Have you tried taking the temp of it? Are you adding heat stabilizer?

All light colors (and clear) will burn easily, heat in short intervals and stir. Heat stabilizer is definitely helpful, as is a thermometer.

Light colors dont burn easier. It just easier to see it has yellowed. Heat it low and slow.

I often don't add new plastic but stabilizer is a must on reheats.
