That's a beauty for sure. I'm still trying to nail my core shots down. My color drop always moves on me when I close the mold

Core shots done in this manner really create some nice baits but the downside is having to be very focused and have a plan that works in advance of starting. These can be the most frustrating of all the baits to make.

Did you drop a single drop of color or did you do it with a toothpick as you have mentioned before?  And im assuming that's your clear UV with silver flake in it

SB...It is my clear w/silver glitter and uv.

Just like before, I dotted the chartreuse on at the head of the bait and I mean smack in the middle of the head. Then I put a dot of green about 1/3 of the way back. Whn the injected color pushed the chartreuse back and it hit the green, the green began the process of taking over the line color. Its a dynamic looker in the hand..

Thanks for the tip.  Ive been planning on trying that but haven't yet.  When I do I will post them for review.  But that one mean looking lure.  I would eat that thing
