2.5'' worm (update)

  You can make a neat little bait by hand pouring the open halves of Do-Its ribbon tail worm mold. This 7" mold makes a 2.5" worm.

And yet again, the advantages and options of making your own baits is compounded ten fold.  Think of some of the other possibilities out there in some of the very molds you have sitting in the shop...  I love this idea and appreciate your sharing it with us all. 

by the way, those colors look like they will catch some fish, nice work.

D, not sure what You're using to cut them, or how You're using it, but... You may be sliding a blade, slicing, possibly with the tip of a blade.  If that's the current method, and You're wanting a controlled, straight line, try using a razor blade, set the blades sharp edge (not the tip/point of the blade) along the intended cut then press the entire blade straight down.  I have a few modifications I cut this way and it works well for a straight and precise cut.
