That is true... customer service will be back in the office taking calls on Tuesday and the sale runs through Wednesday.  Of course you can email an order at anytime and it will be there waiting come Tues. morning.  customerservice@do-itmolds.com

I am a bit confused about the missed calls on Friday.  We were fully staffed and not too overwhelmed with calls. Just to confirm, our phone is answered with a digital message before a human picks up the line.  Make sure you make it through the initial message, that is not an answering machine.  Hopefully it is not some phone issue that you are experiencing.

I called Friday afternoon and got right through.  In fact, Ryan answered the phone and took my order.  (I'm sure the girls will fix all the errors when they get in Tuesday morning.) 



I'm thinking it went something like this when you called, Marc.  Ryan and Jerry were there alone when you first called.  Ryan said, "Answer the phone, Jerry."

Jerry said, "No, you answer it."

Ryan said, "No, you answer it."

Jerry said, "No, you answer it."

You get the picture.  This conversation continued until you hung up, but it happened again the next three times you called.

I suggest you call Tuesday and talk to the girls.

Yes they obviously have caller ID and were afraid I was still asking them to make a hidden weight spinnerbait mold...LOL

The call went to a "All our service reps are busy please stay on the line"  type call.  Then after a few minutes,  it went to a message that asked me to leave an answering machine message.  I didn't really want to leave a message so I tried again.

No problem, I am sure I will get through Tuesday.

Well almost time to leave for some Tuna Time..

I just wanted to say that I did wait for the automated prompt and then after couple minutes it told me to leave a message, I decided to not leave a message the first time and call back. I hung up, called again and went through the same process and left a message the second time..  After I knew the day was over for you guys I posted my message about no call back and Jerry V was on top of it with a PM to me.. I did send email with my order and will call Wednesday when I get back from my trip with the additional info needed to finish the order.

I would like to take advantage of the Labor Day sale. I can't seem to get through and have left a message but nobody has called back. I will try again tomorrow and hopefully can get someone to take my order. Thanks
