Redbug

We had a couple of recent inquiries here at the shop for a Redbug recipe so Andy played around with it and this is what he came up with so thought I'd share!

Answer it!

I've dunked some shortened redbug worms on jigs for walleyes with fair success in the past. Red just isn't one of those colors that I go to very often. This lizard is a nice redbug though and I watched Al Lindner once yank some ugly big walleyes out of the Mississippi while filming a show one spring day using lizards darned near this same color. Nice work guys.

The picture with the color name and recipe inside that box is a sweet way to show those baits and color. Thanks!

I may be going through one of my pre-senility moments, but who's Andy?

I really like the way the lizard and the recipe are displayed.
Until next time.

I'm Andy! Jerry and I cover most of the softbaits work. I had a good time messing with this color, and thank you guys for the positive support.

Very well done Andy. Do you think there is perhaps a way to use the Redbug recipe as base for the Zoom Scuppernong colour and then just adding some brown or motor oil?
