Is it possible to order custom molds such as only 3/4 ounce football head as opposed to the 1/2 - 3/4- 1 ounce?

Not from Do-It but there are several custom mold makers who can do it for you on a CNC machine.
Don't expect a $30 mold though. I would suspect it to cost at least $150 or more.

Check out Ebay. There's a guy on there that does custom lead molds. Maybe he can make you what you want. But as mentioned, he ain't cheap.

If you are referring to who I think you are referring to,  he won't return calls or emails.   Been trying to get in touch with him for 2 years. ....  I won't mention any names but I think most people know who I'm talking about.   His molds are awesome but trying to talk to him is out of the question.

The guy I'm talking about is out of Smitfield Va I believe. I sent him a question earlier this week and he responded right away. Maybe we're talking about two different people.

I own over 15 of Shawns molds.
Some from Ebay and some not.
He always responds to my emails within 3-4 days. Never have had any trouble with Shawn.
Don't know what other people's troubles are with contacting him?
His molds are world class for sure.
He is working on another mold for me right now. He has to test cut the smallest size I want.
Another good option is Bob Lalonde of CNC molds n stuff.
Good work and a great person to deal with.
I currently own 2 of Bobs CNC molds and they are also very nice.
He is also working on cutting some of Do-It's blank molds for people to save them a few $$ in CNC machine time cutting hinges etc.
Might be another option to persue.

Ultra molds will cut one for you. I think it's 150 for the first one and 25 for each other after that. I have a 6 cavity 1/16 mold.  All cnc and they put hook holders in for you.
