Speaking from experience of 3 knee rebuilds, don't push it and follow the therapy program. I was taken off of Jump status after my second because I pushed to hard too fast. Dr. told me this would be the last time we do this. I was lucky to finish a 23 year career but was removed from Jump status and had to leave the Ranger unit. Now that I'm 53, I feel the pains in the cold weather of all those redo's. So relax, enjoy, follow physical therapy. It's worth the time. Hang-in-there.
