Summer is over and fall is in the air.  We are looking at lows in the 20's tonight  :o  Winter will be here before we know it.  I thought this would be a good time to start a thread for everyone to post photos of their adventures from this past year before we get into the heart of the tackle-crafting season and reminisce some of those “big fish” stories.  Feel free to chime in and share some of your photos/stories from this past year and enjoy a few of the photos below from us at team Do-It.

Great idea. No fish in this pic but one of the group back in a remote wilderness lake in Canada we portaged into. Notice the Muck boots. I think I go there for the camaraderie as much as anything else. If you think we look like a group from Ocean 11 then maybe we are. The guy in the Ohio State hoodie is in the military and had to have special clearance to board the plane because his luggage showed positive for C4 explosives. Trust me it's never boring with this group.

For my Son's 30th birthday we finally took that long discussed trip to Canada and it was well worth it! We stayed at Hyatt's Manion Lake Camp  http://hyattscamp.com/   which is about 1.5 hrs. northeast of International Falls, MN. It's a "drive to" camp and WELL worth the effort!! The cabins were clean and comfortable and the smallmouth bass fishing was outstanding! Most go for the walleyes...but my Son and I went to fish for the smallmouth.
We caught at least a couple hundred 16-19" smallmouth and at times it was one every cast. Big beefy fish too!

We are planning to go back again next year...but maybe not...Andrew just found out that his wife is pregnant with our 2nd Grandchild...and due 3 weeks before our reservation! Ummm....I wonder how much trouble we would be in if we went anyway?????

I just love that area of Canada. I think the wildlife and fishing in general is better. We drive up 502 to Sioux Lookout and then portage from there. Only a few smallmouth up there. Where your at the smallmouth are like little footballs and fight like crazy.

Until next time.

I'm in the process of creating a website and TPO and I ( mostly her) put this video together. Some of the pictures are more than a year old. Hope you enjoy it.

Great video Denny. Pass that on to the better half if you will.

Seeing those kids with the fish just doesn't get much better.

Great stuff folks!

Denny, that's some high production value.

Qwack, get it going.  I know all that you have been doing is fishing.

If any that has difficulty post pics wants to email Jordan@do-itmolds.com we will put them up for you.

I'm defending freedom for the next 2 hours but I'll see what I can pull together. Denny set the standard pretty high, if you like people posing with green carp  ;D
