Fall Small

  A super heavy fog in the morning gave way to a beautiful fall day.  The wind finally eased up enough to hit the water and I managed to have a couple smallmouth find there way onto my hook.
 
 This guy looks like he is eating well,

 Nice fish, DF, those smallmouth are a special fish in my book. Love to catch them.

 Caught my personal best smallmouth on Monday (11-16) with a hand pour Mad Dad on a football swing jig.  I had no idea this small lake five minutes from downtown held 20 inchers.

 Thanks guys.
This has been by far my best Fall fishing ever, learned a ton this year by leaving my comfort zone and trying new lures/techniques and it has payed off. I didn't put up big numbers of fish this year, but I caught better fish on a more regular basis. I have to thank forum member Dfiene1 for the swing jigs.

Super catch Daryl, if you ever want more craws I'd be happy to pour some up :)

 If I remember right I think Andrew is a big fan of the Mad Dad-Swing Jig combo also.
