Hand pouring a laminate

When hand pouring the first color for a laminate, what type of tools do you like to use? Meaning what cups? Hand pouring isn't my strong points especially pouring something narrow like a carrot.

I use the Norpro silicone cups

  I believe they use a spoon and some a cup with a spout. But I'm with ya I can't pour worth a crap so I take tin plates and make laminates. It's very easy to do and for me it works.

I use a spoon. Pouring from cups and I aren't good company. I know people who use injectors to fill a side of a mold as well. but there again, its not my bag of tea.

Bring the mold closer to your eyes. I sit mine on top of my microwave when I hand pour. Practice practice practice.  If a one eye guy can do it. Anyone can.  Before mo gets to it.

I use Stainless Steel Drizzle Spoons...and always advocate their use.
