Craw Chunks

 Made me some ES craw chunks today. I call this color flipping blue. Very easy to make. 6oz. plastic and 6 drops of 2x blue. Not sure why but when the water is stained or muddy a black and blue jig with a flipping blue chunk really works well. What I like about this bait is it has a lot of meat so I can thread the chunk on so it stays in place. Plus I can add a rattle in the plastic to add more attraction and not get in the way of the hook. For the money it's a great bait. One worth having.

I have a couple guys up here in a bass club that have asked about me making the chunk baits but they don't want to pay much for them so I just refer them to Gander Mountin and cabelas.

  This mold is 30 bucks and you can make four at a time. This is as cheap as baits get

And they have a great action!  You can cut them on the tab slots to make them fit any size bait.

They have to be one of  the easiest to mold baits in the line!

Inject a  bunch in red...cut the tips off and put them back in the mold and insect the black. ..very effective!
