I haven't looked over any others but the Tube Worm, and I don't see the Drop-down Box for options.  Is the listed price ($85, Tube Worm) with or without the Spline and Insert?

  Bareknuckle, I'm pretty sure it is with out the mandrel.

None of the tube baits come with the spline. The spline though fits all of Do-It's molds calling for it.
