I need a fairly accurate count of those who plan to attend this function. The specifics are in the "stickied" topic at the top of this board. Many I know are certain to be there but I'd like everyone to double check the calendars for the time period shown in the other post and get back to me by pm with a confirmation please. Carole and I will be heading to Denver and Manly to snoop out some accommodations where we can hopefully lock in a block of rooms at a lower rate and we'll need to know how many rooms to include in the block. So. if ya'll can take a minute to check the dates in the other topic above and toss me a pm with a simple yea or nay I'd appreciate it.
