I'm sure he would. US patents don't hold water in the Asian and European markets and is why he can get by with this. As soon as those molds hit US soil I'd imagine that patent holders here could forcibly  collect those molds. Whether they would or not is still out to lunch but just keep in mind that just because its bought in Europe doesn't mean the homeboys won't get a bit testy....speaking from experience here. I spent more than a couple hours in federal court on St.Paul because of just such an issue and can attest that its less than entertaining.

That's why I only make for myself. If anyone out fishing asks what I'm using; I tell them "Moxie Worm" or " Strike King Shad"
