Got the goods now....

All I need is for bambi to make a mistake. lol

I've learn from the past that I have to order early if I want to be certain of getting the goodies to do my sausages for winter chewing and everything hit the porch yesterday. I have about 100 pounds of pork shoulder in the freezer along with some beef for grinding but vennie would really be best.

What is seen in the picture will do 75 pounds of summer sausage, 25 pounds of pepperoni, and 25 pounds of Chicago Hotdogs. I have pork enough to also do 25 pounds of breakfast links and 25 pounds of bratwurst.

So....let the grinding games begin!

That’s the good thing about “leasing” my land to my brother in law. I get as much venison as I want if he and my nieces have a good season and they normally do. The summer sausage is my favorite add Ritz crackers, sharp cheddar and hot mustard and it makes a great lunch.
