Bottle caps

Jason,

Is it possible to purchase just the red bottle caps? I seem to loose or misplace one every now and then.

We bought new bottles that are more durable, but more flexible at the same time (not sure how they do that, but they do), anyway, they offered it with a black cap or a red cap.  I guess it's good we stuck with the red as I'm sure the black would really have an issue with getting lost.

I've added the yorker caps and red caps to the site (they are a pair).

Thanks,

Jason

I am old enough that gravity is the enemy (and apparently there is more gravity affecting every thing and it automatically hits the floor!)...so I have been using Seran Wrap instead of lost bottle caps...and it seems to work great!

I have no idea if the red caps do anything to stop moisture, but I would keep an eye on the your colorants and moisture using Seran Wrap.  I'm not saying it won't work as well, or maybe better.  I would just keep an eye on them.

If it seals well I wouldn't think so.  I know the red caps just snap on so you may be getting a better barrier??

We can get a different cap that flips open.  Would this be better than the Yorker cap?

Over time I think the snap top would brake.  I like the yorker top.
Until next time.

Snap is cool, but does that change the size of the drop? Would have to relearn all the recipes. I got a 1oz sample bottle from m-f, I assume the flip top would be the same, a flat top with a hole in it. The drops are bigger with it.
So keep the yorker if thats the case.
