Grilled Redfish

Playing with my GoPro I thought I’d show some Redfish on the half shell I cooked last Sunday afternoon. I remember Kyle commenting about some pics I had of it a while back.

When we were in Mexico last February I tried grilled redfish and thought it was super good. Grilled grouper is great too. You guys along the coast have the world with a fence around it when it comes to great seafood that's fresh.
