Tuesday's task

Did a little grinding and stuffing yesterday. 24, 1 1/4 pound rings of venison ring bologna.



Looking forward to some fine dining when these emerge from the smoker and water bath.

Slow baked with sauerkraut and spuds for the first go round, Gary. Any leftovers will see cracker and cheese. lol
