I know that color but never cared for it or tried to make it.
I would think pearl white poder and add some blue and lil black to darken and grey it up. I have an old bottle of Caney smoke blue but it is not on the site and not sure what color it is.
Keep the color you mix in the cup ;ighter as when you make a bait it will look darker. You can always add more colorant but vou cant take it out
