From what I've read , it's still pretty hush hush , so I'm guessing they are at the table trying to hash it out . Asthe mold is , it's still available , so they haven't "made" CCM take it down , I take that as a good sign , time will tell I recon .  I'm making the MD's for my personal use until there's a green light given.

Yep. I know some other companies have pulled similar baits from their line. Evidently Zoom hasn't leaned on Do-It about the craws.  If they do, I'll bet Do-It can make modifications to the baits and still have effective lures,

 I bought the molds I wanted before anything happened. Now I'm going to make them for my own personal use no matter what happens. Like someone from Zoom is ever going to ride in my boat anyways.
