Roger on ALL that, Fella's!
I've been using them for most of my life on Spoons, Hardbaits, even some live bait. Trebles have accounted for many'a ice chest of Specks, Flounder, Reds, and many-many Bass (among others). Yes, all hooks are dangerous, and most accidents are probably Operator Error, but I've made up my mind to switch. I use some Owner SSW's in some places but Owner Mosquito Hooks are the Main Flavor, from #4 to 2/0. Mustad Beak Bait Hooks have a place on a few of my Hardbaits that see Saltwater, 2/0 and 7/0.
The reason I posted this is because I have some Up For Grabs.
2 packs of 25 (1 pack open, maybe 2-3 out) Mustad 35647R (Red) #8
2 packs of 25 (1 pack open, maybe 2-3 out) Mustad 35647R (Red) #6
2 packs of 25 (1 pack open, maybe 2-3 out) Mustad 35647R (Red) #4
1 3"x5" 4-mil Recloseable Poly Bag that's about 2/3rd's-full (kind of packed) of various sizes of Black Nickle Trebles...some are Light Wire, most are Standard Bass/Walleye stuff, some Round Bend, some 2X Heavy, a few are probably Pike/Musky size.
Whoever wants them gets them. This will all go in a USPS Small Flat Rate so I won't even charge shipping. I'll pay the $6 to see them go to someone who wants them.
And Yes Sir, Mr. Paul. Whether a Speck or Flounder or Red, a good one in a Landing Net slinging a Treble or 3 will make a silly mess out of that webbing. Talk about hurt the fishing time.
