It is apparent that many of you have been able to access the website. I know that we are working on a few folk's access. We will continue to work with you to get you logged in.
You will get all of your rewards points from the old website. There is still a large data merge in progress, so hopefully you will see them in the next few days. If you have any concerns, you can all us and we will get them manually transfer immediately. This new site is a work in progress and will continue to evolve over the next sever weeks.
There have been a few pricing discrepancies brought to our attention, some costs higher some lower. We are not changing any prices. Hopefully most of the errors have been updated. If you see any issues persist, let us know. We look at pricing changes one time a year. We have to have all of our costing done by ICAST in July and pricing goes into effect on November 1st. Any changes over the last 2 years would be an error in the update of our new catalog or website.
This website is a large project involving tens of thousands of product items and customers. The transition has been as expected with a few minor issues. If you have any concerns at all please call us so we can work through it with you.
