Swim Shad packaging

For those of you selling baits and who have the swim shad mold-
How are you bagging your shads?  I am thinking of going to some smaller bags- I just do not like the way they look in my shop right now.  I am one of these who tends to try to "boil the whole ocean" and right now I am spending too much time thinking about how my packages look on the pegs.   :-\

It is good to think about how they look. The angler will when they think about purchasing.

I don't have any baits but wondered how they would be packaged effectively. If they don't stay stright in the package, the bait will not run correctly when the angler goes to fish it.

I think I would use a plastic box myself.

They lay really nice in a 6x4 bag. No issues wih the action being impacted. They will lay like a worm or grub.

Thanks fellas-
How funny the way things work- That is exactly what I decided on- Although, packing them in tight into a clamshell looks pretty cool  :P

I would have thought when you hang them up, the body would turn in the bag. Especially if there was any scent in the bag. Test them hanging, not just flat on a surface.

Watching them hang is how I started pondering this.  With the 6x4 bags, and when I am careful I can get the bodies to stay straight.  A problem I can see is if I want to package them this way and sell them in smaller quantities those bags have too much space and the shads don't displace enough of it.  So at this point I can see where I am headed- I bought the shad mold because I really like they want they look and I thought "there's a good bait for a 3 pack", and now I will end up with 3 or 4 more so I can get a run big enough to fill out those bags and still be productive!  I am on to you, Jason!  :P

Lol!!!! Consider a 5liar pack as many will choose this for a a- rig bait. Guys have been emailing me to change my 4acct CT swims to 5 package for that reason.

Just a thought.
