I have a question I need help with please....I want a fishing lure to be Chrome color but clear cloat doesn't stick to chrome so I was wondering if anybody has any suggestions that work good either in the placement of the Chrome or clear coat! I know using rattle traps n stuff the Chrome look that they use comes off easy...I'm looking for something that's relatively tough! Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated please and thanks!

You need to go here as there is plenty of discussion and video.

Funny you should mention chrome color. I've had this guy do some custom paint jobs on a few crankbaits of mine in the past. Great work, good guy.
