Freedom fry

I have 3 Freedom Fry Molds and a BT Injector which is 3oz I believe. I can only fill two molds with one injection and the second tends to get air, though I can't figure out how, I pour the plastic directly into the injector (Don't try this at home!). Anyone shooting a 4oz injector and completely filling 3 molds with no air in one shot? I love that the gates are smaller on this mold, I can pull the bait from the sprue cleanly. No scissors needed.

Oh I think you should ship the molds to me for further investigation  :D.  My only guess would be when you are transfering from one mold 2 the next the plastic leaks out some leaving a little space between the plastic and the end of the tip of the injector. Maybe?????

You have probably done this already.  I noticed with my BT injector I get a lot of plastic debris behind the plunger versus say the CC injector in which I get none.  I changed the o-rings on my BT injector and it has helped some.  I just think the tolerances are not as tight.  I tend to get more air in the baits that I shoot with it too as a consequence.  I also noticed that as I draw my cup down and get closer to the bottom I tend to pick up some air.  So, I have stopped drawing my cup down past a certain point and this helps too.

Maybe I should get rid of the BT Injector and get a CCM instead of getting rid of the molds? ??? After all, Jason test the molds with a CCM injector I'm sure.
