Negative.
Like has been posted, just use your liquid as you go through it.
I use an Aluminum Flatbar, 1/8" thick, 1/2" wide, about 2' long, both ends filed smooth so they don't scratch...to scrape up any settling/hard-pack off the bottom, then I mix it WELL.
I also use a 3/16" Brass Rod about 8"-9" long, both ends rounded smooth, to unsettle Colorant Pigment hard-pack before mixing Colorant.
Plastisol lasts, possibly a lifetime, sitting as virgin liquid.
