Not a hatch match but I made up a few of these a couple years ago and the only one that pike didn't eat and steal got sanded a bit and re-done for this year. I call it my chartreuse smelt. Notice the tooth marks under the paint.

Everyone has that one (only one if they're lucky) body of water where their tackle goes to die. For me, it's the Mississippi. The Pike of that river claim a small fortune in tackle every go-around. Flip, get bit off, grab another $2.00 hook and $4.00 tungsten weight, retie, repeat.
